A temporary arts space brought to you by the artists
of Sunderland Street Studios (and friends) for the duration of
Barnaby Festival 2013 (June 14-30) in Macclesfield town centre.
Description
We have decided to venture forth from our Sunderland Street
Studios for Barnaby Festival this year, and temporarily occupy
one of the empty shops in the town centre. We will still be
holding our usual Open Studios event at Sunderland Street, but
the pop up will be a new experiment. A combination of exhibition
space, shop space and workshop/events space. A space for artists,
makers and everyone else, where the emphasis is on participation
and making art more accessible to as many people as possible.
